Hosting Requirements

City Reach can impact a city and a church plant greatly. The leaders of City Reach desire to see many cities influenced and many churches effected by what they do each year. If you are interested in hosting City Reach, the requirements are listed below.

Sponsoring church of host must be in full support of CityReach attending. Verbal or Written.

Date is set by City Reach board and not host.

Speakers, Worship Leaders, Ministry Tracks will be pre-chosen based on a 2/3 vote.

Hosting Pastor or Youth Pastor must be present at Annual Meeting of Board.

City Reach reserves the right to cancel or change destination of CR.

Board of Directors will favor a host that has attended a CR event.

Host must have required info to CR Board by August 31 of year prior to desired CR Event.

Written invitation must be submitted by August 1st of year prior to desired CR event.

Lodging arrangements for 7 nights for all City Reachers must be arranged.

Meals for 6 days for all City Reachers must be arranged.

Provide Sound and Visual equipment if necessary.

Facilities for Reward Sports Ministry should be secured.

At least 4 board members must attend a CR National Event.
